When I saw this long blue dress at the mall, I was kinda wondering of what can be matched to this simple long dress to make it look elegant and semi-formal. I searched the outlet and found this cardigan that really compliments the color of the dress. :) So, I bought it and tried it on our house.This picture was taken when I just got home from church. Just for you to know, these necklaces and bracelets I am wearing are worn when I got home just to give my outfit some oomph! Just imagine this picture without any accessories on it...Simple, right? So just for you to have an idea on how to make your plain long dress w/ a cardigan on it an elegant one, I wore my accessories that best fits my dress. When you are wearing dress like this, make sure that you do not over accessorize, it will make your look improper and instead of looking gorgeous and elegant, you'll look like a stand for accessories so AVOID accessorizing too much! So, as you can see, I just wore my pearl necklace that perfectly matches the color of my outfit, my bracelet in silver and in bronze makes me look simple, elegant and gorgeous. In doing your make up, blend your make-up according to the color of what you are wearing or you can just simply put some face powder, eyebrow liner, blush on and a lip gloss just to make you look presentable. :)
